- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and black beans; cook until fragrant.
- In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, layer half of the tortilla chips, half of the meat mixture, and half of the tomato sauce. Sprinkle with half of the cheese.
- Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
