  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz frozen cheese tortellini
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups fresh spinach or kale, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping the chicken into bite-sized pieces and mincing the garlic.
  2. Add the chicken to the bottom of a crockpot. Sprinkle minced garlic on top.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and add softened cream cheese.
