Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 3 cups tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sour cream (optional)
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and diced tomatoes to the skillet, mixing well.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Layer half of the tortilla chips at the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Pour half of the meat mixture over the chips, followed by black beans and another layer of tortilla chips. Repeat with remaining meat mixture and top with cheddar cheese.
