- 2 cups firm cucumbers, diced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp fresh dill or mint leaves, chopped

Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by whisking together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Marinate the chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
