  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat)
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp paprika (smoked preferred)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 pita breads or flatbreads
  • Your favorite toppings (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, pickled onions)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and olive oil until well combined.
  2. Coat chicken thighs with the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  3. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
