  • 8 oz cream cheese (full-fat)
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions
