- 2 cups powdered sugar (for icing)

- Prepare the Dough: Warm the milk until lukewarm. In a bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk with sugar; let it foam for about 5-10 minutes.
- Mix Ingredients Together: In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Add the foamy yeast mixture and melted butter; stir until combined.
- Knead the Dough: Transfer to a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until elastic. Place in an oiled bowl covered with plastic wrap; let rise until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
- Create Cookie Filling: Punch down the dough and roll into a rectangle. Spread softened butter on top, sprinkle with crushed Oreos, cinnamon, and sugar.
