Instructions

- In another bowl, cream together softened butter and sugars until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla; mix well.

- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips into the cookie dough.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto prepared sheets. Make an indentation in the center of each cookie and fill with cheesecake mixture before covering with more dough.
