  • 3/4 cup water (room temperature)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  2. Gradually add water and olive oil while stirring to create a soft dough.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  4. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into circles about ¼ inch thick.
  5. Sprinkle minced garlic over each circle, pressing gently so it adheres.
  6. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Cook flatbreads in batches for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Brush with olive oil and garnish with parsley if desired before serving warm.
