- 2 cups low-sodium vegetable broth

- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Spread cubed bread on a baking sheet and toast for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped onions and celery; sauté for about 5 minutes until soft.
- Stir in diced apples and cranberries; cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until apples soften.
