  • 6 cups apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. In another bowl, mix oats, flour, and melted butter until crumbly.
  4. Spread apple mixture in a 9×13 inch baking dish and top evenly with oat mixture.

  6. Let cool slightly before serving with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
