- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add ground beef; cook until browned. Incorporate the diced carrot and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Stir in beef broth, thyme, salt, and pepper. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
