- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp cold unsalted butter
Instructions

- In another bowl, mix milk, melted butter, eggs, and orange zest until smooth.
- Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and add cranberries.
- For the streusel topping, mix brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and cold butter until crumbly.
- Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with batter and sprinkle generously with streusel.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown; a toothpick inserted should come out clean.
