- ½ cup plain breadcrumbs

- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions

- Shape mixture into meatballs (about 1 inch) and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Meanwhile, whisk together heavy cream and chicken broth in a saucepan; season with salt and pepper and simmer gently.
- Once meatballs are cooked through, transfer them to the sauce and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
