- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions
- In a pot, cover eggs with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat; let sit for 12-15 minutes.
- Place eggs under cold running water until cool. Gently crack shells and peel under running water.
- Cut each egg in half lengthwise; scoop yolks into a bowl. Mix in mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Use a piping bag or spoon to fill egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Sprinkle paprika on top and finish with chopped chives or green onions.
