  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Chopped peanuts and sliced green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
