  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and pumpkin until smooth.

  4. 4. In another bowl, sift together flour and baking powder. Gradually add this to the wet mixture until just combined.
