  • 2 large fresh oranges (zest and juice)
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp pure honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, olive oil, thyme, and orange zest until well combined.
  3. Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are coated thoroughly. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is golden brown.
