  • 1 lb sirloin steak (sliced into bite-sized pieces)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium)
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • Freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions
