  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 4 cups mashed potatoes (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
