  • 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers (red and green), sliced
  • 1 medium sweet onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese (or Cheez Whiz)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Gather ingredients; slice steak against the grain, chop bell peppers and onions, and mince garlic.
  2. Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente; drain and reserve some pasta water.

  5. Pour in cream and beef broth; let simmer for about four minutes to thicken.
