  • 1 can (14 oz) canned artichokes, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the fresh spinach in a splash of olive oil until wilted (about 3 minutes).
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  4. Stir in sautéed spinach, chopped artichokes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
