  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 4 oz feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach (washed and dried)
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (lightly toasted)
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spread an even layer of softened cream cheese over each tortilla.
  2. Sprinkle crumbled feta over the cream cheese, followed by the baby spinach.
  3. Evenly distribute dried cranberries and chopped nuts on top.
  4. Starting from one end, tightly roll each tortilla into a log shape.
  5. Slice the rolled tortillas into 1-inch thick pinwheels and arrange them cut-side up on a platter.
