  • 1 cup brie cheese, chopped
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
