  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 13 tsp Sriracha (to taste)
  • 1 cup bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1 cup cucumbers (sliced)
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice or quinoa

Instructions
