Instructions

  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter with milk and eggs until smooth.
  4. Gradually fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture until just combined.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the prepared dish. Sprinkle generously with a cinnamon-sugar mixture before adding the rest of the batter on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
