  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 8 oz brie cheese, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (plus extra for searing)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup pine nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Rinse and pat dry the chicken breasts, trimming excess fat.
