  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 34 breasts)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups romaine or butter lettuce, chopped
  • 4 whole grain burger buns

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine minced garlic with ground chicken and mix thoroughly.
  2. Season with salt and pepper; add half of the Caesar dressing and mix gently until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into four equal patties, about one inch thick.
  4. Preheat a grill pan over medium heat and lightly coat with oil. Cook each patty for 5-6 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  5. In the last minute of cooking, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on each patty.
  6. Toast the burger buns on another skillet until golden brown.
  7. Assemble by spreading remaining Caesar dressing on the buns, adding lettuce and cooked patties, then top with extra cheese if desired.
